SOI’s 2026 Top Returning Players: Offensive Linemen

SOi's 2026 Top Returning Players: Offensive Line

We’ve reached the final offensive position in our 2026 Top Returning Players series, and no group required a larger list than the offensive line.

That shouldn’t be surprising.
Unlike quarterback, running back or wide receiver, the offensive line is really five positions rolled into one. Tackles, guards and centers can have completely different responsibilities, and their impact rarely shows up in a traditional box score.

There are no rushing yards or receiving touchdowns to compare. Instead, evaluating offensive linemen means looking at All-League recognition, starting experience, sacks allowed, pancake blocks, versatility, recruiting attention and, most importantly, how much their teams rely on them up front.

The Suburban One League returns an unusually deep group in 2026. Twelve of the players below already earned All-SOL recognition at offensive line last season, while several others return as multi-year starters, captains and anchors of their respective units.

Because of that depth, we expanded this group to 20.

Who to Watch on the Offensive Line in 2026

Dan Kirk — Central Bucks East — ’27
Height & Weight: 6'4" 280 lbs.

Honorable Mention All-SOL National Conference | Monmouth Commit

Kirk may have received Honorable Mention All-SOL recognition last season, but his overall résumé puts him among the premier returning offensive linemen in the league.
The Central Bucks East standout finished 2025 with 22 pancake blocks while allowing zero sacks. After spending much of his career at tackle, Kirk has the versatility to move inside and contribute at guard as well.
He brings three years of varsity starting experience into his senior season and has developed into one of the Patriots’ most important players on both sides of the football.
Kirk also took his recruitment off the board this summer with a commitment to Monmouth.
With his combination of size, experience, production and college-level ability, Kirk will once again be one of the players setting the tone up front for CB East.

Luke Gregin — William Tennent — ’28
Height & Weight: 6'1" 265 lbs.

First Team All-SOL American Conference

Gregin accomplished something last season that immediately separates him from most of this group.
He earned First Team All-SOL American Conference honors as just a sophomore.
The William Tennent lineman had already gained varsity experience as a freshman before emerging as one of the conference's top offensive linemen in 2025.
Now he enters his junior season with two full years of high school football still ahead of him.
For an offensive lineman to earn First Team recognition that early in his career says plenty about the physicality and consistency Gregin already brings to the position.
He'll have an opportunity to build on that breakout season and establish himself as one of the premier young linemen in District 1.

Jack Jingoli — Plymouth Whitemarsh — ’27
Height & Weight: 5'11" 235 lbs.

First Team All-SOL American Conference

Jingoli enters 2026 as one of the most accomplished returning offensive linemen in the American Conference.
The Plymouth Whitemarsh center earned First Team All-SOL honors as a junior and returns to the middle of the Colonials’ offensive front for his senior season.
Centers don't always receive the same attention as tackles, but their responsibilities go well beyond blocking the player lined up across from them. They handle communication, protections and the responsibility of getting the offense started cleanly on every snap.
Jingoli has developed into a dependable presence in that role.
After working his way into the varsity lineup earlier in his career, he now enters his final season as one of the league's returning First Team selections at the position.

Scott YoungbloodWissahickon — ’27
Height & Weight: 6'2" 270 lbs.

Second Team All-SOL American Conference | 50+ Pancake Blocks

Few offensive linemen in the SOL bring the combination of experience and versatility that Youngblood does.
The Wissahickon standout has been contributing at the varsity level since his freshman season and has experience playing across the offensive line.
Despite missing the beginning of the 2025 season because of injury, Youngblood returned and still earned Second Team All-SOL recognition.
He also finished the season with more than 50 pancake blocks.
His ability to play multiple positions across the line gives Wissahickon options up front, while his experience makes him one of the leaders of a veteran offensive unit.
Youngblood has also generated college interest from several programs and enters his senior season as one of the most experienced interior linemen in the league.

Joey Ott — Bensalem — ’27
Height & Weight: 6'2" 275 lbs.

Honorable Mention All-SOL Continental Conference | 0 Sacks Allowed

Ott's 2025 season may have earned him Honorable Mention recognition, but one statistic stands out above everything else:
Zero sacks allowed.
The Bensalem lineman established himself as a reliable pass protector while also bringing the physicality needed to move defenders in the running game.
At 6-foot-2 and 275 pounds, Ott has the size to handle the interior while possessing the technique needed to hold up in protection.
His performance has also generated recruiting interest from programs including Syracuse, Temple, Yale, Colgate, Georgetown, Marist and Stonehill.
Bensalem will look to Ott to anchor its offensive line in 2026, and another strong season could continue to elevate his recruitment.

Landon Mitchell — Hatboro-Horsham — ’27
Height & Weight: 6'3" 310 lbs.

Second Team All-SOL American Conference

Mitchell brings serious size to the Hatboro-Horsham offensive front.
The returning senior earned Second Team All-SOL American Conference honors last season and enters 2026 as one of the Hatters’ veteran leaders up front.
At over 300 pounds, Mitchell has the frame to create movement in the running game while handling the physical demands of playing tackle.
He has also taken on a leadership role as one of Hatboro-Horsham's captains.
With another year of experience and an established All-League résumé, Mitchell will be one of the players the Hatters rely on to control the line of scrimmage this fall.

Shane Maloney — Hatboro-Horsham — ’27

Height & Weight: 5'10" 216 lbs.

Second Team All-SOL Offensive Line | Honorable Mention All-SOL Defensive Line

Maloney joins Mitchell to give Hatboro-Horsham two returning All-League offensive linemen.
His impact, however, isn't limited to one side of the football.
Maloney earned Second Team All-SOL recognition on the offensive line while also receiving Honorable Mention honors on the defensive line.
That two-way production speaks to the physicality he brings every Friday night.
Playing in the interior requires toughness, leverage and consistency, and Maloney has shown he can provide those things whether Hatboro-Horsham has the football or is trying to stop it.
With Mitchell and Maloney both returning, the Hatters have two experienced pieces to build around in the trenches.

Hassan Freeman — Wissahickon — ’27
Height & Weight: 6'0" 200 lbs.

Second Team All-SOL American Conference

Wissahickon's offensive-line depth is going to be a major storyline in 2026, and Freeman is another reason why.
The senior earned Second Team All-SOL honors last season and returns as a key contributor on both the offensive and defensive fronts.
Freeman may not have the size of some of the other linemen on this list, but his production and recognition show that he has been able to overcome that with physicality and technique.
Wissahickon returns significant experience along the offensive line, and Freeman will once again be one of the players expected to set the tone.

Colin Jack — Central Bucks South — ’27
Height & Weight: 6'1" 225 lbs.

Honorable Mention All-SOL National Conference

Jack enters his senior season as one of the key returning pieces for Central Bucks South.
The Titans lineman earned Honorable Mention All-SOL National Conference honors as a junior and is expected to take on an even larger leadership role in 2026.
Jack has experience playing on both sides of the football, but his work along the offensive line is where he made enough of an impact to earn recognition from the conference's coaches.
With several experienced players moving on from last year's team, Jack will be counted on to help anchor the Titans up front.

Wyatt Moyer — Pennridge — ’27
Height & Weight: 5'9" 215 lbs.

Honorable Mention All-SOL National Conference | 2026 Captain

Pennridge's offensive line was one of the most impressive units in the league last season.
The Rams went through the entire 2025 regular season without allowing a sack before making a deep run through the District 1 Class 6A playoffs.
Moyer was an important part of that group.
He earned Honorable Mention All-SOL recognition and consistently held his own against some of the best defensive fronts Pennridge saw throughout the season.
Now entering his senior year, Moyer has also been selected as a team captain.
The Rams graduated several important pieces from last year's team, making Moyer's experience and leadership even more valuable heading into 2026.

Liam Ward — Plymouth Whitemarsh — ’28

Height & Weight: 6'2" 245 lbs.
Offensive Tackle
Honorable Mention All-SOL American Conference

Ward is another young offensive lineman who earned league recognition well before his senior season.
The Plymouth Whitemarsh tackle received Honorable Mention All-SOL honors as a sophomore in 2025.
That gives him two more seasons to continue developing after already establishing himself as one of the better young linemen in the American Conference.
Ward's size and physical development make him an intriguing player to follow, but his inclusion here isn't based solely on potential.
He has already shown enough at the varsity level to earn recognition from opposing coaches.

Nick AbrahamSouderton — ’28
Height & Weight: 6'1" 285 lbs.

Honorable Mention All-SOL Continental Conference

Abraham is another Class of 2028 lineman who has already made an impact.
The Souderton tackle earned Honorable Mention All-SOL honors as a sophomore and returns as one of the Indians’ starters up front.
At 285 pounds, Abraham provides plenty of size on the edge and will be an important piece of a Souderton offense expected to lean heavily on its running game.
The Indians return multiple experienced linemen, but Abraham's age makes him especially interesting.
He's already an All-League player and still has two varsity seasons remaining.

James “Mac” McFadden — Quakertown — ’27
Height & Weight: 5'11" 245 lbs.

OG/C | Grove City Commit

McFadden brings experience, versatility and leadership to the middle of Quakertown's offensive line.
The returning starter has experience at both guard and center and has been contributing at the varsity level since early in his high school career.
One of the moments McFadden remembers most from his development came during his first varsity start against Pennridge, when a kick-out block helped spring a touchdown.
Those are the types of plays offensive linemen remember even when they never appear in the box score.
McFadden entered the offseason with college opportunities from Grove City and Ursinus and has since committed to Grove City College.
Before heading to the next level, he'll be a major piece of Quakertown's offensive front in 2026.

Kevin Tyburski — Pennridge — ’28
Height & Weight: 6'2" 250 lbs.

OL/DL | 2026 Captain

Tyburski may not have earned All-SOL recognition last season, but his varsity experience makes him difficult to leave off this group.
The Pennridge lineman broke into the starting lineup late in his freshman season and continued playing a significant role throughout 2025 despite dealing with injuries.
That means Tyburski enters his junior season with two years of varsity experience already behind him.
He also brings valuable versatility.
Pennridge can use him at center, guard or tackle depending on what the Rams need up front.
His teammates and coaches have already recognized his leadership as well, naming him one of Pennridge's captains for 2026.

Jackson Lambrecht — Central Bucks East — ’27
Height & Weight: 6'2" 305 lbs.

OT/DT | Returning Two-Way Starter

Kirk isn't the only veteran lineman returning for Central Bucks East.
Lambrecht brings more than 300 pounds of size and established starting experience to both sides of the football.
The senior returns at offensive tackle while also contributing along the defensive front.
CB East lost several key linemen from last year's team, meaning Lambrecht's experience becomes even more important this fall.
With Kirk and Lambrecht both back, the Patriots still have veteran pieces to build around as they replace several starters up front.

Jake Stranix — Central Bucks West — ’27
Height & Weight: 6'0" 225 lbs.

G/C/LS | Team Captain | Two-Time All-State Long Snapper

Stranix brings one of the more unique résumés on this list.
The Central Bucks West senior contributes on the interior offensive line but has also established himself as one of the top long snappers in Pennsylvania.
Stranix is a two-time All-State selection at long snapper and has been ranked among the top specialists at his position both in Pennsylvania and nationally.
But he's more than a specialist.
He has also carved out a role on the interior offensive and defensive lines for the Bucks, giving CB West another experienced and physical player in the trenches.
Stranix enters 2026 as a team captain and will be counted on for leadership in all three phases.

Charles Ashley — North Penn — ’27

Height & Weight: 6'4" 240 lbs.
Offensive Tackle | Multi-Year Starter

Ashley has already spent multiple seasons helping clear the way for one of the SOL's most consistently productive rushing attacks.
He was contributing at right tackle as a sophomore before returning to the North Penn offensive line again in 2025.
One of the best examples of the unit's impact came during the Knights’ District 1 playoff run, when North Penn rushed for 283 yards and five touchdowns against Neshaminy.
Offensive-line success is almost always a group accomplishment, but experienced tackles like Ashley are what allow an offense to consistently control games on the ground.
With another offseason of development behind him, Ashley returns as one of the experienced pieces North Penn can build around.

Jimmy Coons — Pennsbury — ’27
Height & Weight: 6'0" 205 lbs.

Offensive Guard | Returning Starter

Pennsbury graduated several important pieces from its offensive front, putting even more responsibility on Coons entering his senior season.
The returning guard has already been identified as the veteran expected to anchor the Falcons' offensive line in 2026.
Coons brings experience, toughness and leadership to the interior.
Those qualities become especially important when a team is replacing accomplished linemen and trying to develop chemistry with a new group.
Pennsbury will need its veteran players to lead that transition, and Coons will be one of them.

Chris Gonce — Souderton — ’27
Height & Weight: 6'0" 205 lbs.

Offensive Guard | Returning Starter

Gonce joins Abraham to give Souderton an experienced foundation up front.
The senior guard returns to the starting lineup for an Indians offense expected to put significant emphasis on its running game in 2026.
That makes the work of Gonce and the rest of Souderton's offensive line especially important.
Running the football consistently requires communication and cohesion up front, and returning starters provide both.
Gonce may not have the individual All-League recognition of Abraham, but his experience gives Souderton another established piece as the Indians prepare for the season.

Henry Nagata — Wissahickon — ’27
Height & Weight: 5'10" 215 lbs.

OL/DL | Returning Two-Way Starter

Nagata rounds out a list that shows just how deep Wissahickon is along the line of scrimmage.
The senior returns with starting experience on both sides of the football and is expected to help the Trojans control the interior again in 2026.
Wissahickon returns several veteran offensive linemen, including Youngblood and Freeman, giving the Trojans one of the most experienced groups in the league.
Nagata may not carry the All-League recognition of some of his teammates, but established varsity experience on both sides of the ball gives him plenty of value.
He'll be another important piece of a veteran unit expected to be one of Wissahickon's strengths.

Final Thoughts

Offensive line may be the deepest returning position group we've covered so far.
There are First Team All-League players like Gregin and Jingoli. There are experienced seniors like Kirk, Youngblood and Ott whose production and recruiting résumés speak for themselves. There are younger players such as Ward, Abraham and Tyburski who have already gained significant varsity experience before reaching their upperclassmen years.
There are also several teams with multiple players on this list.
Wissahickon returns Youngblood, Freeman and Nagata. Plymouth Whitemarsh brings back Jingoli and Ward. Hatboro-Horsham has Mitchell and Maloney. Pennridge returns Moyer and Tyburski. Central Bucks East has Kirk and Lambrecht, while Souderton brings back Abraham and Gonce.
That experience matters.
Offensive lines often improve more through continuity than individual statistics, and several SOL teams enter 2026 with veteran groups already accustomed to playing together.
The position doesn't generate the highlight-reel numbers of quarterbacks, running backs or wide receivers, but almost everything an offense wants to accomplish starts with the five players up front.
And across the Suburban One League, there will be no shortage of experienced linemen leading the way in 2026.
