From the Head Coach: ““When you talk about our offensive firepower, you have to start with Trey. He's our running back, and his blend of speed and agility is truly something special. I've watched him in practice, and the way he finds even the smallest opening and then powers through is impressive. We're expecting him to be a major playmaker for us this season, consistently putting points on the board and setting the tone for our offense. He's ready to have an amazing senior season.”” –Coach Colin Leach

 On-Field Focus

Proudest Moment: My proudest moment last season was when we beat Wissahickon and everyone thought we were gonna get blown out by them.

Game-Changing Play: We were tied up and the other team had the ball and it was forth down in the forth quarter. We needed a stop and I stopped the first down from happening and at this moment I got really excited but remembered I need to stay calm.

Toughest Part of Playing RB/LB: I feel like the hardest part of playing RB/MLB is to be able to take hits/ hitting people and get back up again after every play. To prepare myself for this is hitting the gym and staying conditioned.

NFL Player Model: I would say Christian McCaffrey I like how he runs fast through the hole and the way he gets to holes or the outside.

Drill/Skill: Lots and lots of practicing on jump cuts to help find holes and improve my change of direction.

Personal Story

How I Started: I started playing flag football when I was five and then realized I wanted to do the “real” football and a year later joined tackle football for Southampton knights. What keeps me passionate for the sport is definitely the joy I get out of playing it.

What keeps me passionate is that you never get a feeling like you do under the Friday night lights. There’s nothing like it.

Biggest Supporter:  I would say my biggest supporter would be my mom and dad they always try their best to make it to every game even if it an hour away.

Challenge Overcome: One challenge I overcame was an injury last summer that caused me to miss my junior year of football and now that I’m fully recovered I haven’t felt more ready to go out there and play football.

Suburban One League Impact: Playing in the SOL shaped my experience of high school football in a range of ways. The main way is the experience of all the different kinds of athletes and skill levels we play.

Football Flair

Pre-Game Ritual: My pregame ritual is definitely listening to my pregame playlist with my headphones on sitting in the locker room.

Pre-Game Song: All the stars by Kendrick Lamar and SZA because the beats just keep you calm but the music/lyrics make you wanna just run out onto the field.

Nickname: Just Trey

Teammate’s Skill: Gavin Mensch, I’d love to play quarter back just not good with the spiral or accuracy.

Future and Goals

Season Goal: Having a winning record, hasn’t been done for 19 years.

College Dreams: Yes I have been thinking about college, I would love to play for the University of Delaware.

College Dreams:I definitely want to play college football, I don’t know where yet, but if I could go anywhere to play, I would definitely go to Tennessee, nothing beats their atmosphere.

Five Years From Now: I see myself graduating college with a degree in construction engineering while also hopefully seeing what else I can do in football.

Team and League Pride - Why William Tennent is Special: I feel like playing for Tennent your like an underdog and you have to play every game with that feeling that most people don’t know what’s going to happen. It also gives us a chance to proves ourselves that we aren’t the old Tennent anymore.

Under-the-Radar Teammate: I would say Chase Lubrant he’s a small senior but he has very crisp routes and moves very well.

Memorable Crowd Moment: When I scored on a 60-yard kickoff return.
