What’s your proudest moment on the football field, this season or in your career?
My proudest moment would be the force fumble on the third play in the game against Renaissance.
Describe a play where you made a game-changing impact. What was going through your mind?
I made a big sack for 10 a yard loss against Jenkintown
What’s the toughest part of playing the position (s) you play, and how do you prepare for each?
As Nose tackle, I get doubled team on every play and so I need to anticipate the snap and beat the double team. As Offensive left tackle, I am facing the opposing team’s best pass rusher and so I need to keep him in front of me at all times.
Which NFL player do you model your game after, and what do you admire about them?
I admire Dexter Lawrence because of his tenacity and high motor.
What’s a drill or skill you’re grinding to perfect before the season?
My pass rushing techniques
How did you start playing football, and what keeps you passionate about it?
I started as a freshman in high school and I quickly improved over the last two years. I enjoy the competition and beating the one on one matchups.

My parents
What’s a challenge you’ve overcome—on the field or off—that’s made you a better player or person?
I was born in China and lived in Spain until age 14 and so I am just beginning to scratch the surface of my potential.
How does playing in the Suburban One League shape your experience as a high school athlete?
I like to play against great competition

POWER by Kanye West, this song fires me up because it is a very high energy song.
What’s your nickname in the locker room, and how’d you earn it?
The coaches call me big man because of my size and athleticism and domination on the line of scrimmage.
If you could take one teammate’s skill for a game, whose would you pick and why?
I would take Jon Scrima’s speed.
What’s your biggest goal for this season with your team?
To get at least one sack per game and lead our team to 10 straight wins
Are you eyeing college football? What’s your dream school or program to play for?
Yes, I am planning to play college football and mostly likely at a division 3 level school.
Where do you see yourself in football or life five years from now?
I plan on going into pre-med and becoming a physician.
Who’s an under-the-radar teammate who deserves more shine, and why?
Quinn Philips is a steady and reliable player. He also has great football IQ.
What’s the loudest or most memorable crowd moment you’ve experienced in a game?
When I almost scored a touchdown against Bristol last year and got tackled on the one yard line.
